walkable, and pleasing neighborhood. You’re just a bike ride from the quaint
shops and atmosphere of old-town Reedley, and moments from the unspoiled beauty
of the Kings River and the Sierra Nevada foothills. Choose from our Ridge
Series or California Series.
The Ridge Series has quickly sold out the first two phases and the final phase
is going fast! Featuring our unique Arts and Crafts style architecture, these
homes have been adapted to include connected garages that are set back (no more
snouts) as well as front porches. Like neighborhoods from the 20's and 30's,
they foster a "home-town" feeling with most lots being over-sized for plenty of
room for a pool, a garden, or a special landscaping project.
The California Series is our largest series of Arts & Crafts style homes
with features like front porches, courtyards, pergolas and porte cochers.
Choose from four single, and two-story models with a variety of floor plans and
elevations, including shingle, siding and stucco all on estate-sized lots.
