River Ridge, at River Ridge Estates, has a unique set of
floor plans and elevations called our Ridge Series. We borrowed from the Arts
and Crafts styles of architecture that were prominent in early 20th century
homes. Many famous architects, like Frank Lloyd Wright, were the pioneers in
this style. For the majority of new homebuilders, the front elevation focuses
on the garage. While it is important to accommodate the auto, the streetscape
of the neighborhood then becomes dominated with an unappealing sea of garages.
We have followed the uniqueness of the Arts & Crafts style of architecture
and have set the garages back off the front plane of the house. We have also
incorporated a functional front porch and have made the homes wider than most
of our competitors. All of these elements contribute to a better looking home
and neighborhood.
Located in Reedley, in the heart of the Blossom Trail, just a half hour drive
from either Fresno or Visalia, you’ll find River Ridge to be a natural fit for
growing families. Here, you’re just a bike ride from the quaint shops and
atmosphere of old-town Reedley (population about 20,000), and moments from the
unspoiled beauty of the Kings River and the Sierra Nevada foothills. Local
schools are excellent also. In fact, the streets in River Ridge Estates were
all named by Reedley area schoolchildren.
